Look at this fantastic view. Great weather. What would ever make me move out of California for say
But, anyway, I won’t leave the sunshine. Doesn’t matter what the laws are and what California ends up doing. I’m still going to stay here in beautiful, sunny Los Angeles.
A question I always get is: Is there any point fighting a labor board claim? Don’t they always side with the employer? I’m sorry, with the employee?
Yes, honestly, most of the time they do. Most of the time it doesn’t make any sense to fight it, especially if it’s for a smaller number. However, if it’s a larger number, you have no choice.
The only advice I can give is, have your documentation, which is your evidence, have your witnesses, which is also evidence, and have a good attorney that knows what he’s doing. Thanks.
